They have played a key role in planning and procuring Mazak machines, tooling, holders, and chucks, along with conducting training sessions on Integrex Mazak programs and cutting tools. Additionally, they have successfully developed new suppliers to meet stringent product requirements. Their key achievements include increasing Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) from 55% to 61%, reducing feasibility check turnaround time from over two days to less than one day, and managing project orders from the Czech Republic for APAC, valued at 3000 GPN. They have also ensured on-time and right-first-time product deliveries, consistently meeting OTIF and stock targets. Previously, at Maini Aerospace, they worked as Production In-Charge from January 2004 to May 2006.
